PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-16
(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the
district character of the following described properties from A-1 Light Agriculture with a
Hwy. 41 Corridor Overlay to M-1 Light Industrial with a Planned Development Overlay
and a Hwy. 41 Corridor Overlay.
(as described in the attached "Exhibit A")
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.

Generally located at the Southwest Corner of S. Washburn St. and W. Ripple Ave.
The W 60 ft. of the NE % of the NE %, Section 9, T17N, R16E, excluding those portions
dedicated for highway purposes;
Also, the NE % of the NE %, Section 9, T17N, R16E, excluding the W 60 ft. thereof; also
excluding those parts dedicated for highway right-of-way; also excluding a part
described as: beginning 330 ft. S of the NE corner of said Section 9; thence N 89° 25' W
and parallel with the N line of said Section 650.25 ft.; thence N 00° 25' E 330 ft. to the
N line of said Section 9; thence E along said N line of said Section 549 ft.; thence S 18°
27' E 313.42 ft.; thence S 00° 19' W 36.35 ft. back to the point of beginning;
Also, a part of the SE % of the NE % and a part of the NE % of the SE %, Section 9-17-
16, described as: SE % of the NE %, excluding that part described as: beginning at the
NE corner of said SE % of the NE % of said Section 9; thence S along the E line of said
Section 600 ft.; thence E and parallel to the N line of the SE % of the NE % of said
Section 450 ft.; thence N and parallel to the E line of said Section 600 ft. to the N line of
the SE % of the NE % of Section 9; thence E along the N line of the SE % of the NE %
of said Section 9 back to the point of beginning; also excluding those parts dedicated for
highway, also the N 49.5 ft. of the NE % of the SE % of said Section, excluding those
parts dedicated for highway.
All in the 13th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, plus public right-
of-way abutting said lots extending to the centerline of W. Ripple Ave. and the eastern
right-of-way line of S. Washburn Street.
