Dear Charly,
This letter is to confirm the acceptance by The City of Oshkosh of your Sidewalk
Snow and Ice Removal Quote dated November 14, 2004.
As stated in the quote #13, the length of the contract is 3 years. Any fee increase
for the services provided shall be submitted in writing at least 60 days prior to
November 1, 2005, and 2006 to the City of Oshkosh Purchasing Agent. In the
event that one or both parties wish to terminate this agreement before the end of
the contract a period a 60 days notice shall be given.
