A handrail is required on the basem~nt steps.
The lower tread on the basement steps shall be replaced.
There are no smoke detectors in the basement or first floo
apartment and none in the apartment itself on the second
floor.
The garage roof is in such condition that rainwater is
leaking into the garage causing damage to the roof struc~
ture. .
The wall receptacle behind the sofa does not work.
A medial guardrail is missing on the second floor exit dec:.
GFI electrical wall receptacles are required in both bath-
rooms.
Tlvo faucets in the upper bath have continuous leaks and
shall be repaired.
All junk and debris in the basement not belonging to the
tenants shall be removed.
