Washburn Street Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54904 Dear Tony: Enclosed please find a copy of Resolution 05- 78B which was approved by the Oshkosh Common Council a its March 22, 2005 meeting, amending a previously approved conditional use permit for an auto body shop to allow for the enclosure of a portion of the existing parking lot for a temporary drop-off area and short term storage area of vehicles. Please note any conditions of approval. Conditions must be met prior to obtaining permits and commencing with this activity. Please be advised that unless substantial construction has been undertaken or the activity allowed under your conditional use permit has commenced within one (1) year from the above noted Common Council approval date, your permit will become void and you will need to reapply.
