HomeMy WebLinkAbout05-197 A&B.doc JUNE 28, 2005 RESOLUTION 05-197 A & B (CARRIED 7-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN PURPOSE: GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS; APPROVE FINAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS: (A) 1856 OMRO ROAD (B) 2300 WESTOWNE AVENUE INITIATED BY: KURT KIELISCH, OWNER WESTFRONT PROPERTIES LLC, OWNER (A) (B) PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All found consistent with Standards set forth in Section 30-11 (0) of the Zoning Ordinance and approved w/conditions as noted BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that conditional use permits are hereby granted for the following properties under Section 30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and that said permits are granted with conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property, and the Planned District Overlay and final development plans, per the attached exhibits, are hereby approved. A) 1856 amro Road, Kurt Kielisch, owner A conditional use permit for a planned commercial development to develop the existing building into an office/commercial use, per the attached "Exhibit A", with the following conditions: 1 ) 2) 3) An updated landscaping plan with required screening be submitted to, and approved by, the Department of Community Development. The site is limited to one pylon sign for the overall development. A grading and drainage plan be submitted to, and approved by, the Dept. of Public Works. B) 2300 Westowne Avenue, Westfront Properties, owner A conditional use permit for a planned commercial development to develop the second of two structures on the site, including 39 parking stalls, per the attached "Exhibit B", with the following conditions: 1 ) 2) 3) The east elevation be improved in appearance with modifications to be approved by the Dept. of Community Development. The site is limited to one pylon sign for the overall development.
