GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS; APPROVE FINAL
PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS:

PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All found consistent with Standards set forth in
Section 30-11 (0) of the Zoning Ordinance and approved w/conditions as noted
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that
conditional use permits are hereby granted for the following properties under Section
30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and that said permits are granted with
conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property, and the Planned District
Overlay and final development plans, per the attached exhibits, are hereby approved.
C) Pearl Avenue and Osceola Avenue; UW-Oshkosh, owner
A conditional use permit for a planned development to construct a recreation and
wellness center, per the attached "Exhibit C", with the following conditions:

Submission and approval of a final landscape plan by the Dept. of Community
Development.
Final approval of the WIOUWASH Trail relocation by the Dept. of Community
Development.
Final approval of all mechanical penetration and screening plan by the Dept. of
Community Development.
A grading and drainage plan be submitted to, and approved by, the Dept. of
Public Works prior to building construction.
On-street parking to be approved by the Traffic Review Advisory Board.
A permit is required to be issued by the Dept. of Public Works for any work
performed in the public right-of-way.
Provide easements for any location where the proposed sidewalk or trail
connections are out of the public right-of-way.
