Three copies are being returned to you. All items that are required to be changed by this letter must be corrected before commencing that part of the work. This approval is not a Building Permit. Necessary city permits mus t be secured before commencing work. You are hereby advised that the owner, as defined in Chapter 101.01(i) of the Wisconsin State Statutes, is responsible for all code requirements not specifically cited herein. Code requirements are set forth in Chapters 50 through 64 of the rules of the Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations. The architect, professional engineer, builder or owner shall keep at the building, as evidence of approval, one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval. ILHR 63.001(3) Any change which'increases the energy consumption shall not be permitted unless this building is made to comply with the requirements of Chapter ILHR 63.
