HomeMy WebLinkAbout05-176.doc JUNE 14, 2005 05-176 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 6-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN PURPOSE: ACCEPT LAND /362 MICHIGAN STREET INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved WHEREAS, Fred Oskar has generously offered to donate the property at 362 Michigan Street, known as the Boat Works property, to the City of Oshkosh; and WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh expresses its utmost gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Oskar for his generous donation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the City hereby accepts said conveyance of land and the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute any and all documents necessary for purposes of same.
