BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that a
conditional use permit for expansion of a planned development to include parking lot
modifications and expansion of an existing parking lot, per the attached, is hereby
approved with the condition that a landscape plan be submitted to, and approved by,
the Planning Services Division prior to issuance of a building permit for the parking lot
expansion.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
hereby approves of the Planned ,District Overlay and final development plan per the
attached.

1. Existing utilities shown are indicated in accordance with available records and field
measurements. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining exact locations & elevations of
all utilities, including sewer and water from the owners of the respective utilities. All utility owners
shall be notified by the contractor 72 hours prior to excavation. Contact Diggers Hotline
(1-800-242--8511) for exact utility locations.
2. Silt fence shall be installed at the toe of all newly constructed fill slopes and shall be
maintained until slope vegetation is established. Silt fence shall be installed prior to site grading.
3. Silt fence inlet protection shall be installed around the upstream end of new culvert pipes,
4. Tracking of mud on existing streets shall be cleaned up daily,
5. Vegetation beyond slopes shall remain. .
6, The contractor shall inspéct all erosion control devices after each rainfall event and repair or
maintain as necessary.
7. Total area to be disturbed shall not be more than 1 acre. Contractor shall minimize area
disturbed by construction as the project is constructed. Disturbed areas shall be seeded as soon
as final grade is established. Contractor shaH replace topsoil and then seed, fertilize and mulch
all lawn areas within 1 week of topsoil placement
8. Earthwork contractors shall verify topsoil depth.
9. Updated survey and title search have not been authorized and the boundary and easements
shown may be inaccurate or incomplete.
10. Parking lot striping shall be 4" päinted §ftft}1y y@gw.
11. Provide inlet protection for storm sewer inlets until such time as the parking lot is paved and
the adjacent turf areas are re-established.
12. Any work within the City of Oshkosh right-ot-way will require a permit from the City of
Oshkosh.
13. Existing bituminous driveway to be removed in its entirety from the south edge of the
proposed parking area to West Parkway Avenue.
