PURPOSE:
GRANT EASEMENT I CEAPE AVENUE PARKING LOT
INITIATED BY:
CHARLES WILLIAMS, PETITIONER
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved w/condition
WHEREAS, the owner of 126-130 State Street would like to install three new
windows in the east wall of said building and in order to eliminate the need for costly fire
rated windows and frames is requesting that the City grant a 10ft. wide revocable no
build easement that will permit the installation of more standard windows and frames.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council hereby grants
a 10ft. wide revocable no build easement in the Ceape Avenue Parking Lot adjacent to
126-130 State Street, for the purpose as noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute any and all documents necessary for purposes of same.
