said Block "Q"; thence north 52 degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds west 89.24 feet; thence south
37 degrees 11 minutef33 seconds west 97.78 feet; thence north 52 degrees 48 minutes 27
seconds west 44.00 feet, to a point on the Northeasterly line of the former right-of-way of the
Chicago & Northwestern Railroad Company (said point also being on the Northwesterly line
of Osceola Street) and the point of beginning of the parcel intended to be described herein;
thence north 34 degrees 35 minutes 46 seconds west 210.59 feet, along the Northeasterly line
of said former railroad right-of-way; thence south 37 degrees 11 minutes 33 seconds west
268.74 feet, to a point on the U.S. Harbor Line as established in 1911; thence south 37
degrees 05 minutes 34 seconds east 219.67 feet, along said Harbor Line; thence south 28
degrees 56 minutes 14 seconds east 35.63 feet, along said Harbor Line; thence north 37
degrees 11 minutes 33 seconds east, parallel with the Northwesterly line of Osceola Street
and 44 distant therefrom, to a point on the Northeasterly line of said former railroad right-of-
way; thence north 34 degrees 35 minutes 46 seconds west, along the Northeasterly line of
said former railroad right-of-way, to the place of beg inning.
