Heat loss calculations are required to match the actual construction. 8. Garage spaces shall be separated ftom dwelling unit in accordance with Comm 21.08.- The door and ftame assembly between the dwelling unit and an attached garage shall be listed an labeled by an independent testing agencv ( Le. The property owner and applicant is responsible for compliance with Comm 21.125 (Erosion Control). When installing access drives, a minimum of2"-3" diameter stone is required for a minimum 6 inch depth, 14'-20' wide, and 30'-50' in length. Erosion control measures are required to be maintained until the pennanent lawn has been established. 11. All stonn sewer inlets must be protected with approved erosion control devices.
