Dear Ms. Houlette,
I have reviewed your submittal for a 1006 sq. ft. addition, sidewalk expansion and parking lot
alteration at 1900 S. Koeller Street, Target Oshkosh. Per your submittals, the proposed
addition appears meets the standards of Section 30 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, and has
'been approved as of march 16th 2005. Please review the enclosed Zoning /Land Use
Compliance Checklist for my comments regarding zoning-related issues.
A copy of the approval documentation has been delivered to the Inspections Services Division,
room 205 in the Oshkosh City Hall. You may now make application for the necessary building
permits associated with this project. Be advised, this zoning approval will expire within six (6)
months of the approval date, unless a building permit is secured or an extension is granted.
