The submittal described above has been reviewed for conformance with the State of Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code. The submittal has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED. This is a limited review. Garage spaces shall be separated fÌom dwelling unit in accordance with Comm 21.08,,- The door and fÌame assembly between the dwelling unit and an attached garage shall be listed an labeled by an independent testing agencv ( i.e. UL, ETL, WH, ) as having a minimum fire-resistive rating of20 minutes. ALL drywall joints are required to be taped / sealed unless the joints are fitted so that the gap is no more than 1/20th of an inch (a dimes thickness) and backed by solid wood or drywall with joints staggered" 11" All Penetrations in exterior walls must be sealed prior to the insulation inspection. This includes holes in the top and bottom plates, gaps around heating ducts, and holes in studs used for return air spaces" 12. The property owner and applicant is responsible for compliance with Comm 21.125 (Erosion Control). When installing access drives, a minimum of 2" -3" diameter stone is required for a minimum 6 inch depth, 14'-20' wide, and 30'-50' in length. Erosion control measures are required to be maintained until the permanent lawn has been established" Additional erosion control measnres are required to be provided to protect the storm water detention area. 13. All storm sewer inlets must be protected with approved erosion control devices. Tracking (sediment) must be removed fÌom the street at the end of each work day. Repair of any siltation, or erosion damage to adjoining surfaces and drainage ways resulting fÌom land development or disturbing activities. 14.
