The following items were found to be in noncompliance: 1) Per ILHR 21.04, open guardrails or handrails shall be provided with intermediate rails to prevent the passage of a sphere with a diameter larger than 6 inches. If no violation of this Chapter or other applicable codes and standards are found, the Building Inspector shall issue a valid Certificate of Occupancy. No building or part thereof shall be occupied until such approvals and Certificate have been issued, nor shall any building be occupied in any manner which conflicts with the conditions put forth in the Certificate of Occupancy. The 30 day notice sent on 11/16/1994 has not been complied with as of 1/4/1995. If the necessary corrections are not made by 1-19-1995, citations for noncompliance shall be issued. FINAL NOTICE!
