The front steps are not built to Code and do not have a handrail, There are no smoke detectors in the dwelling, The toilet seat is missing, The lawn is unmaintained and has been so all summer, There are four windows boarded up, two in the front room and two in the kitchen. The trim and woodwork on the dwelling is in poor conditio with chipped and peeling paint. See Itr dtd 6/5/35 The gutters a~d downspouts are in poor condition. The stove shows evidence of a fire, There are numerous large holes in the kitchen East wall. There are a number of switchplate covers missing in the dwe II i ng.
