SECTION LOCATION & NEEDED CORRECTIONS Sec. 7-53 The west wall of the garage requires a double top plate which should lap at the corners. Sec. 7-51 (e) Openings not wider than 4 feet in exterior walls and in interior partitions require a header of at least two 2 X 4's on edge. ~¿ ~/r'LhLl Sec. 56 (a) & \b) Studs should be placed not more than 16 inches on center.
