Dear Mr. Grunsted:
On August 25th the Board of Appeals approved your variance request to construct an off-street parking area that
will have a 14'6" front yard setback to Badger Avenue and a fire lane/access drive that will have an 11'10" rear
yard setback subject to the following condition:
1. A landscape plan be submitted and approved by the Department of Community Development prior to
issuance of a building permit. Landscape plan is to include a refuse disposal area detail and more intensive
landscaping in areas where setbacks have been reduced by the variance.
The decision of the Board was filed in the Planning Serlices Division Office of the Department of Community
Development on August 26, 2004. Per Section 30-6(C)(3) and (4) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, your
variance will expire on February 25, 2005 unless you have obtained a permit for the activity allowed by the
variance. If you fail to get a permit by this date, you must reapply for a variance if you intend to go ahead with the
activity allowed by the variance.
Please be advised that any person or persons aggrieved by any decision of the Board of Appeals may commence
action in Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision. Permits may be issued on approval
of the Board, but you should be aware that further action could take place until as much as 30 days after
the date ofthe decision.
Building permits may be applied for from the Inspection Services Division in Room 205 at the Oshkosh City Hall
between 7:30 - 8:30 AM and 12:30 - 1:30 PM, Monday thru Friday, or call (920) 236-5050 for an appointment.
Please bring all required building plans and information necessary for review when obtaining your building
permit.

Dear Mr. Yost,
We have reviewed the infonnation you supplied regarding the proposed parking lot expansion for Multicircuits
and compared it with the approved plans on file for your company.
In December 2004 Davel Engineering prepared Storm Water Management, Drainage, Grading, and Erosion
Control Plans for you company. Those plans were approved on December 10, 2004. Those plans included this
proposed parking lot expansion, in addition to planned future building expansions. A copy of the approved
Drainage, Grading and Erosion Control Plan is enclosed with this letter, as well as a copy of the drainage basi.n
map ITom the Storm Water Management Plan Report. A site visit reveals that the site is currently unchanged
ITom the existing conditions at the time those plans were approved.
In order to proceed with the planned parking lot expansion, the "North Pond" ITom the approved plans will need
to be constructed in conjunction with the parking lot expansion. The parking lot expansion will have to be
constructed in accordance with the approved plans, or new plans will have to be submitted for review and
approval.
