PURPOSE:
CREATE EXTRATERRITORIAL ZONING COMMITTEE
INITIATED BY:
DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH CREATING AN
EXTRATERRITORIAL ZONING COMMITTEE
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-52.1 Extraterritorial Zoning Committee is hereby
created to read as follows:
(A)
Membership and Terms
The Extraterritorial Zoning Committee shall consist of three (3) citizen
members of the Plan Commission and two (2) alternate citizen members
of the Plan Commission.
(B)
Functions and Duties
The functions and duties of the Extraterritorial Zoning Committee shall be
as prescribed in Chapter 30 of this Code and in Section 62.23(7a) of the
Wisconsin Statutes as it relates to the Town of Algoma.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
