The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 27-44 (A-3)(B)(E) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to parking meter regulations is hereby amended as follows: (B) TWO HOUR METERED STREETS Delete Therefrom:Mt. Vernon Street, east side, from Washington Avenue to 81 feet north of Washington Avenue. Add Thereto:Mt. Vernon Street, east side, from Washington Avenue to 107 feet north of Washington Avenue. (E)THIRTY MINUTE METERS Delete Therefrom:Mt. Vernon Street, east side, from 81 feet north of Washington Avenue to 107 feet north of Washington Avenue. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage, publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
