Jim,
I will have approval for the foundation, so you may see Allyn between 12:30 & 1:30.
For the above-cjrade permit, I will need:
· Two copies of a revised landscape plan ( I will be going over these plans with the Condominium neighbors to the north). These plans should
show enhanced levels of landscaping/larger plantings (at least 25% larger than normal, OK on existing plan) in the 7' front yard setback area.
(a) Trees in this area must be staked,
(b) Eliminate all potentillas, replace with more vibumum,
(c) What is to be used for mulch in shrub beds? We would like to see min. 3" deep shredded hardwood bark mulch=
(d) eliminate 9 goldflame spirea in 7' front yard setback area, replace with-27 daylilies.
· A copy of the cross access agreement, approved by the City Attorney and recorded at the Winnebago County Register of deeds,
· Evidence that the easterly driveway will be constructed with the maximum radius allowed by the Municipal Code.

Matt, I was just wondering if you had a chance to look over the plan, I am hopping we could at least get a foundation permit at this time, we really
would like to take advantage of moderate temps this week. If there are any problems with any thing else we can get it reconciled before the building
permit is issued. I would like to go see Allyn between 12:30 and 1:30 today, could you please get back to me
