If this is not all could you issue the permit for the Jackson Ave site and let me know what else I need to do for the others. If I need anything else for the other 3 I may need to have the engineer call you since this portion is a little above my head. As per our discussion - it is my understanding that 3700 Jackson will NOT have a new ground sign. I have sent you plans for the existing sings at 708 Murdock, and 1585 W 20th. To date I have not been able to locate plans for the existing sign at 1759 w 9th. As far as work being done on the four sites you have applied for permits, I have no problem with allowing work to begin prior to the permits being issued, as long as that work does not include the ground signs that are being replace, and need the revised engineering. ..... These locations are 1585TM 20th Ave and the other is 1759 W 9th Ave. The other locations are not receiving new poles and are scheduled to be refaced only so no drawings are Nx,,~ailable~ I have already sent you the information you requested about the costs per site and the name of the company doing the wiring of the signs for all 4 sites. Now, with the drawings, I think the only thing I need is a list of all the UL #s for the signs which you said I could provide once the signs are delivered to the sites. These will be provided before they are installed. Since the other two sites didn't have to have the drawings could you issue these permits? Again, I will provide the UL #s when the signs are delivered. It takes many week to arrange for the work to be done and I cannot schedule any of the work until I have permits in hand. I ask that you please review the attached drawings which I am submitting for your approval and let me know if any permit fees will be required prior to us beginning the re-imaging process. The post on the pole sign will be changed because the entire sign will be replaced with a new sign that is smaller using the same foundation.
