You also indicated in your letter certain requirements as to building alterations. Are we to assume that the building has been approved for a change of occupancy also by your letter? An injured workman is entitled to increased compensation whenever it is found that his injury was caused by the employer's R · failure to comply with ~he "safe place" statute or with any provisions of the Dept. of Industry, Labor & Human elatzons i Administrative Codes.
