Witnesseth, that the said Grantors for a Valuable consideration of One
Dollar and Other Good and Valuable Consideration , give to Grantee, an easement
for the purpose of constructing service and maintaining as necessary a fire lane, such
real estate being located in Winnebago,. County, State of Wisconsin and described
as follows:
Part of Lot 1 according to Certified Survey Map filed with the
Winnebago County Register of Deeds Office, in Volume I of Certified
Map I on Page 1800 as Document No. 693901 and Document No;
I 181168, and a part of Lot 2 according to Certified Survey Map filed
with the Winnebago County Register of Deeds Office, in Volume 1 of
Certified Survey Map on page 5102 as Document No. 1201893, which
easement is 14 feet on either side of the center line and described as
