Wollangk Dear Steve: This is to inform you that the City of Oshkosh and Chamco, Inc. grant your request to begin construction on the approximate 2.11 acre parcel to the north of your existing facility in the Aviation Industrial Park, Which you are in the process of purchasing. This permission is granted prior to the conveyance of title to you. This is being done in order to facilitate your development on this parcel. We are granting this permission with the understanding that you will agree to the following: 1. To provide through you, your company, or your contractor evidence of a general liability policy naming Chamco 'and the City of Oshkosh as named insured. 2. Agree to restore the subject property to its original condition if you suspend development or in some way do not acquire the subject property. 3. Demonstrate that you have received all necessary building permits and comply with all the necessary City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinances and City and Chamco requirements. 4.
