Individuals wishing to provide comment on individual agenda items may appear in person or may
submit written comments. Written public comments may be sent via mail addressed to the Museum
attn: Landmarks, or sent by email to the City Staff Liaison prior to the Commission Meeting at:
aseizert@oshkoshwi.gov. Written comments will be distributed to the Commission and made part of
the public record of the meeting.
Agenda:
1) Call to Order
2) Public Statements
Individuals are to address the Commission only. Statements are limited to five (5) minutes; must
address items that are not listed on the meeting agenda and are limited to issues associated with matters
under the purview of the Landmarks Commission. The Commission may address at a future meeting.
Must not include endorsements of any candidates or other electioneering.
3) Consent Agenda
Consent Agenda items are those items of a routine administrative nature that are voted on by the
Commission in a single vote. The Commission has been furnished with background material on each
item. Any member of the public or Commission may request that an item be removed from the Consent
Agenda for discussion and to be voted on separately.
The Commission will consider approval of:

NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM - It is possible that members of, and possibly a
quorum of, Common Council, or other governmental bodies of the municipality, may
attend the above-stated meeting for the purpose of gathering information. No action will
be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the
Landmarks Commission.
