We've updated our utility payment system to improve security and expand payment options.
Please review the key changes below to avoid missed payments.
1) AUTOPAY STATUS IS NO LONGER PRINTED ON THE BILL
If you are registered in AquaHawk, you can view your AutoPay status there. Otherwise, please contact Utility Billing to
confirm your enrollment. If you were enrolled in autopay before the new payment provider began, your
enrollment should remain active unless you canceled or changed it.
2) AUTOPAY ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT METHOD UPDATES ARE NOW ONLINE
Paper AutoPay enrollment forms are no longer accepted. To enroll in AutoPay or update payment method, please use
one of these options. A kiosk is available at City Hall for customers without Internet access.
3) AUTOPAY TIMING: WHY YOUR BANK MAY SHOW IT AFTER THE DUE DATE
AutoPay payments are initiated on the due date. Depending on your bank or card provider, the payment may post 1-2
business days after the due date. This is normal and does not mean your payment was late.
Benefit: You can update your payment method up through the night before the due date (previously, changes had to
be made several days earlier).
4) NEW PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE
For your convenience, we now accept additional payment methods, including: credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo,
and Apple Pay.
5) AQUAHAWK BENEFITS (MORE THAN PAYMENTS)
• Daily water usage reads (up to 365 days of history)
• Set billing and usage alerts to help identify unusually high usage
• Enroll in paperless billing
• Update payment methods and view AutoPay status (registered users)
• Link multiple utility accounts to one AquaHawk profile
Option 2 - One-Time Payment (and enroll near the
end)
1) Visit:
oshkoshwi.gov/UtilityBilling/paymentoptions.aspx
2) Select "One Time Payment"
3) Near the end, you can save your payment method
and enroll in AutoPay (if not already enrolled)
Option 1 - AquaHawk (Recommended)
1) Visit: oshkwi.aquahawk.us/login
2) Register and/or log in
3) Select "Payment Methods" to add or delete your
payment information
