The above-reference plans have been stamped CONDITIONALLY APPROVED based upon
review for conformance to the current edition of the Wisconsin Administrative Building and
Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Code, chapters COMM 50-64, 66 & 69. These plans
have NOT been reviewed for conformance to the Plumbing Code (chs. COMM 81-86), the
Electrical Code (ch.COMM 16) and any COMM code not specifically mentioned. This approval
is not a Building Permit. Necessary city permits must be secured before commencing work.
You aze hereby advised that the owner, as defined in Chapter 101.01 (I) of the Wisconsin State
Statutes, is responsible for all code requirements not specifically cited herein. Code
requirements are set forth in Chapters 50 through 69 of the rules of the Department of
Commerce.
The building will be inspected during construction and a final inspection will be made after
completion to insure compliance with city and state codes.
The azchitect, professional engineer,builder or owner shall keep at the building as evidence of
approval, one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval.
COMM 51.15 All buildings shall meet exiting requirements on all floor levels. Second floor
plans were not provided with this review.
All building, electric,plumbing and HVAC shall be split so each building contains only its own
mechanical facilities. For example, electrical within 811 Oregon cannot be run off of the
adjoining building's electric service.
COMM 51.02 Each firewall shall comply with the parapet wail requirements of this code
section.

COMM 51.044 All openings and penetrations through the rated building sepazation walls shall
be fire rated per this code section.
COMM 50.10 When all alterations are completed, the supervising professional shall file the
required compliance statements.
