What types of permits are there and how much do they cost? Permits are available with daily ($3.15), monthly ($31.50) and annual ($357.00) permit options. All prices include sales tax. Daily permits are available on the Passport Parking Mobile app. Monthly and annual permits are available online at: https://oshkoshwi.cmrpay.com/ How do I use a permit? All permits are digital and issued by license plate number. Enforcement is done by license plate readers. Where is the Permit Parking available? Most permit spaces are located in public off-street parking lots (see Downtown Parking Lot Map on reverse). The spaces are indicated by signage. When do I need to use a permit? Most permit parking spaces are enforced between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily except weekends and holidays. Vehicles may generally park in a permit space overnight (between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.) with a monthly or annual permit. Does a permit reserve a particular parking space? Permits allow you to park in a permit parking space in the zone/lot the permit was purchased for. How do I lease a stall? Please contact the Collection’s Office at City Hall for availability. Leased stalls are $50/month (3 month minimum) or $500/year. Longer duration free parking options are available on streets further away from downtown. Can I park in a free space overnight? Overnight parking from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. is prohibited without a permit. The downtown also offers accessible parking. Anyone can use these spaces with the proper state-issued permit. Please note that some of these spaces have time restrictions. The guidelines and pictures shown are representatives of typical conditions. Please consult signage for precise parking regulations.
