NOTICE OF CENTRAL COUNT
OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS CAST IN THE SPRING PRIMARY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Wis. Stat. §7.52 (1)(a), all absentee
ballots for the City of Oshkosh will be processed by the Municipal Board of
Absentee Ballot Canvassers on February 17, 2026 at the following location:
Oshkosh City Hall – Room 404 – 4th Floor
215 Church Avenue
Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54901
The processing of absentee ballots will be open to the public from 7:00 a.m. until
8:00 p.m. whereby printing of the totals will take place. The process is done in a
manner which ensures the secrecy of all ballots.
On Election Day, voted, sealed, walked-in absentee ballots will not be accepted at
any of the polling places and must be taken directly to the Central Count location
listed above. For further information, contact the City Clerk’s Office at the
Oshkosh City Hall, 215 Church Avenue, Oshkosh, (920) 236-5011, or via email at
city_clerk@oshkoshwi.gov.
