Notice of Voting Equipment Audit
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 7.08 and the Help America
Vote Act of 2002 (52 U.S.C. § 21081), the City of Oshkosh will conduct a voting
system audit on Monday, November 25, 2024 at 9:30 A.M. at The Winnebago
County Clerks office, located at 112 Otter Avenue. The reporting units to be
audited are Wards 18, 26 and 27, which utilize the Dominion Voting – Image Cast
Evolution (ICE) voting system. The reporting units and contests were randomly
selected by the Wisconsin Elections Commission. The voting system audit will be
conducted from 9:30A.M. to 4:30 P.M. (or when concluded) November 25, 2024.
