RELEASE OF EASEMENT
Document Title
The CITY OF OSHKOSH, 215 Church Avenue, Oshkosh,
Wisconsin 54901, a Wisconsin municipal corporation (CITY),
herein takes the following action regarding its interests in
certain real property as identified below
Easement. The City holds an easement for right-of-way
purposes over and across certain Property. The City's easement
interest was obtained through a Warranty Deed that retained the
easement across property conveyed, with the Warranty Deed
being dated February 17, 1969 and recorded with the Winnebago
County Register of Deeds on February 19, 1969, as Document
Number 380799. A copy of the Warranty Deed is attached as
Exhibit A. Exhibit A addresses multiple easement properties. The
subject of this Release is only the Easement Property identified
below, which is also marked within the attached Exhibit.

Easement Property. The Easement Property identified in Exhibit A, is described as:
That part of Lots 13, 15, 17 and 23, Block "G", Th Ward, Leach's Map of 1894, City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of said Lot 17 located North 40 degrees 25 minutes
West 13.76 feet from the most Easterly corner of said Lot 17, thence South 49 degrees 18 minutes
West 13.44 feet to the most Northerly corner of the Recreation Gymnasium, thence North 29
degrees West 29.75 feet to the most Easterly corner of the Vocational School Building, thence
North 41 degrees 20 minutes West 104.39 feet along the Northeasterly line of said Vocational
School Building and said line extended, thence North 46 degrees 49 minutes East 11 feet, thence
South 40 degrees 43 minutes East 64.06 feet, thence South 40 degrees 42 minutes East 5.62 feet to
the point of beginning.
Release. The City of Oshkosh releases all right, title, and interest in the easement described
herein. The City of Oshkosh acknowledges that the easement description is based, in part, on the
existence and reference points on a building that no longer exists, the "Vocational School
Building." A map for reference purposes is attached as Exhibit B. The City of Oshkosh fully
releases this easement on the foregoing property, regardless of details of building reference points.
