Easement. Christine Ann Services holds an easement for right- Recording Area
of -way purposes over and across certain City of Oshkosh Name and Return Address • QG�
Property. This easement was described and granted in two City Attorney's Office G(�
separate documents. The first document is a Warranty Deed PO Box 1130
dated December 125 19831 and recorded with the Winnebago Oshkosh, WI 54903-1130
County Register of Deeds on December 13, 1983, as Document 90724232002
Number 602735. The second document is an Agreement and
Easement dated December 12 ,1983, and recorded with the Parcel Identification Number
Winnebago County Register of Deeds on December 13 ,1983, as
Document Number 602737. Christine Ann Services holds the easement as a subsequent owner of
the property. A copy of the Warranty Deed is attached as Exhibit A. A copy of the Agreement
and Easement document is attached as Exhibit B. A map showing the easement is attached as
Exhibit C. Each of the foregoing documents addresses multiple easement properties. The subject
of this Release is only the Easement Property identified below, which is also marked within the
attached Exhibits A and B.
2. Easement Property. The Easement Property identified in Exhibits A and B, is described as:

Release. Christine Ann Services releases all right, title, and interest in the easement described
herein. Christine Ann Services acknowledges that the easement description is based, in part, on
the existence and reference points of a building, the "City Garage Building," that may or may not
have the same usage or name as originally referenced. Christine Ann Services fully releases this
easement, regardless of details of building reference points.

WHEREAS, the Grantor has sold to Grantee certain properties
in the Citv of Oshkosh; and
WHEREAS, as inducement of such sale, Grantee requires an access i
