Oshkosh Board of Police and Fire Commission
December 16, 2025
A meeting of the Police and Fire Commission was held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025
at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Room 406 of City Hall.
The meeting was called to order at 3:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Wrage, Jones, Boettcher, Montgomery
Excused/Absent: Schorse
PFC Secretary, Michelle Behnke, asked if there were any additions or corrections to the
Minutes from the November 11, 2025 Meeting of the Police and Fire Commission.
Commissioner Boettcher made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Montgomery, to
approve the minutes as presented. Motion Carried 4-0.
New Business:
Commissioner Boettcher made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Montgomery to
retire the current Police Officer Eligibility List. Motion Carried 4-0.
Commissioner Wrage made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Boettcher to approve
the Police Officer Eligibility List. Motion Carried 4-0.
Commissioner Wrage made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Montgomery to
appoint Chee Vang the position of Sergeant effective December 22, 2025. Motion Carried 4-
0.
Commissioner Montgomery made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Wrage to
appoint Cody Rukamp to the position of Sergeant effective December 22, 2025. Motion
Carried 4-0.
Commissioner Boettcher made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Wrage to appoint
Jason Konitzer to the position of Sergeant effective December 22, 2025. Motion Carried 4-0.
Commissioner Montgomery made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Boettcher to
appoint Zachary Wilkens to the position of Detective effective December 22, 2025.Motion
Carried 4-0.
Commissioner Boettcher made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Montgomery to
appoint Andrew McCoy to the position of Police Officer effective December 17, 2025.
Motion Carried 4-0.
Commissioner Wrage made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Montgomery to
appoint Noah Alford to the position of Police Officer effective December 17, 2025. Motion
Carried 4-0.
Commissioner Boettcher made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Montgomery to
appoint Brenton Eliason to the position of Police Officer effective December 22, 2025.
Motion Carried 4-0.
There being no further business, Commissioner Montgomery made the motion to adjourn,
seconded by Commissioner Boettcher. Motion carried 4-0.
Meeting adjourned at 3:28 P.M.
