Oshkosh On Thursday, Mazch 18, 1999 the Chamco Site Plan Review Committee reviewed
Industrial the site and building plans which you submitted for the Competition Products
facility on 35`h Avenue in our Aviation Industrial Park.
Development
Corporacion The site and building plans were reviewed in detail and approved as presented with
the following observations:
1. Please be awaze that the company needs to observe a two for three
pazking spaces per employee ratio. You provided 21 pazking spaces;
please indicate the number of employees that will be working out of this
building.
2. Concern was expressed that you had not demonstrated a truck turning
7 20 lackson Sc. radius that would indicate no encroachment on to the right-of-way.

turning radius will prevent encroachment on the right of way.

4. We noted an asphalt azea to the east of the building. Please remember
that unscreened outdoor storage is not pernutted per our covenants.
As I stated, this site plan and these building plans were approved as presented with
the above observations. We are pleased with Competition Products expanding in
our community and pleased with the quality of the RJ Albright proposal with which
we reviewed.
