The submittal described above has been reviewed for conformance with applicable Wisconsin Adminisha[ive Codes
and Wisconsin Statutes. The submittal has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED. The owner,as defined in
chapter 101.01(10), Wiscoosin Statutes, is respo�sible for compliance with all code requiremenis.
The following conditions shall be met during construction or installation and prior to occupancy or use:
COMM 50.12 The Designer of the lighting for ihe project over SQ000 cubic feet shall sign the application form as
the designer, and the supervising professional for the ligh[ing shall also sign the same form.
COMM 50.18 The exterior ligh[ing is not shown on Ihe plaa Calcs include the information. The approval is the
plan and the calcs.
COMM 64.08(3) The toilet e�chaust fans shall operate continuously while the builsing is occupied. Fan connec[ed to
ihe light switch is not pernutted. See hvac plan sheet 2,notes for EF-(, 2 &3.
A copy of Ihe approved plans, specifications and this letter shall be on-site during construction and open to
in;pection by au[hor.zed representativ�s of ihe Departmer.t, which may include local iaspectors. .All pemuts �.
