permission with the understanding that you will agree to the following:

liability policy naming Chamco and the City of Oshkosh as named insured.
2. Agree to restore the subject property to its original condition if you suspend
development or in some way do not acquire the subject property.
3. Demonstrate that you have received all necessary building permits and comply with
all the necessary City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinances and City and Chamco
requirements.
4. Indicate that you are willing to assume all risks, financial and otherwise, for
undertaking construction prior to conveyance of tiUe and hold Chamco and the City of
Oshkosh harmless from those risks.
We trust this action will facilitate your development within your needed timeframe. It Ss certainly a
