Dear John:
I recently completed a review of the plan and calculations you submitted to our office on
Tuesday, October 8, 2002. I have made red-line comments to this plan which I have enclosed to
assist you in preparing a final plan. Please see that these issues and concerns are addressed and a
revised plan submitted so that final approval can be obtained. Also, could you provide a plan
showing existing, proposed and ultimate Tc routes.
