PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CITY OF OSHKOSH LANDMARKS COMMISSION
WEDNDESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2026

The LANDMARKS COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH will hold a public
hearing on February 11, 2026 at 3:00 pm in Room 203 of Oshkosh City Hall, 215 Church
Avenue, on the nomination of the property at 404 W New York Avenue for Local
Landmarks designation under Municipal Code Section 30-447(F) of the City of Oshkosh
Historic Preservation Ordinance.
The City of Oshkosh Plan Commission will review the Landmarks Commission
recommendation on landmarking the property at 404 W New York Avenue at its meeting
on March 3, 2026 at 4:00pm in Room 406 of Oshkosh City Hall, 215 Church Avenue. The
Common Council will then review both the Landmarks Commission’s and Plan
Commission’s recommendations at its March 10, 2026 meeting at 6:00pm in Room 406 of
Oshkosh City Hall, 215 Church Avenue.
Questions should be directed to the Oshkosh Public Museum or email
aseizert@oshkoshwi.gov. Any and all persons interested in the proposal will be given an
opportunity to be heard at said time and place.
