Family Residential-12 District (MR-12) to Institutional District with a Planned
Development Overlay (I-PD) for property located at the south end of Eichstadt Road
and east of Vinland Street (Valley Christian School)
4. Review and make a recommendation on a General Development Plan for a new high
school located at the northeast corner of Vinland Street and West Fernau Avenue
(Valley Christian School)
5. Review and make a recommendation on a Specific Implementation Plan for a new high
school located at the northeast corner of Vinland Street and West Fernau Avenue
(Valley Christian School)
