east side of Compass Way, south of Meadow Park Drive (Southwest Industrial Park)

4. Public Hearing: Review and make a recommendation on a Comprehensive Land Use
Plan Map Amendment from Light Density Residential to Mixed Use for property

5. Public Hearing: Review and make a recommendation on a Conditional Use Permit
request for an outdoor storage area at 3031 Oregon Street
6. Public Hearing: Review and make a recommendation on a Conditional Use Permit
request for building and parking lot additions at 1401 West 5th Avenue (Franklin
Elementary School)
7. Review and make a recommendation on a Specific Implementation Plan Amendment
