To whom it may concern,
This office has been retained by West Bend Mutual Insurance Company ("West Bend") to
represent it in the above referenced subrogation claim. Please direct all future correspondence
regarding this claim to this office's attention.
West Bend Insurance provides coverage for the property located at 2447 Blake Ct Oshkosh,
WI 54904 (hereinafter referred to as the "insured property"), owned by Catherine Steinert
(hereinafter referred to as the "insured"). On the date of the incident, the main line operated by the
city had a break in it, which led to water backing up into the insured property, resulting in
significant damage.
West Bend covered the damages suffered by the insured, pursuant to the policy of insurance
for the property and is now, through the undersigned, seeking reimbursement for this loss.
As such, we request that a liability claim be set up regarding this loss. Please confirm

an adjuster has been assigned. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
