�evelopment I have consulted with John Ruppenthal, Chairman of our Site Plau Review
� orporation Committee. He has authorized me to approve the site plan administratively without
a committee meeting in order to expedite your getting this work done during this
season.
I find the site plan in conformity with our covenants as presented to me and
