tion by Lentner Ylumbinq of two °Iteduced Lone Backflow" protec—
tion devi.ces . ThP water suppLy piping on the outl.et side of the
two RP Valves must be labeled to indicate That non—potable water
is being distribuT.ed . The Administrative Code allows the use of
color coding or specific shaped tag application for the required
markinc� (Yellow for non—potable and Green for potable) . Any IIOSP.
outlets must also carry a label identifyinq them as "Sa£e" or
"Not Sate" outlets .

Inspection of the Heduced 'Zone Principle Backf7.ow YroY.ection
Valves installed at Square "D" of Oshkosh by your firm found the
followinq requires correction :
( 1 ) The emerc�ency wash station located on the south si..de of
the "Three Staqe Parts Washer" must be supplied with potable
water . (:urrently the staTion is supplied on the down stream
si-de of the RY Valve .
( 2 ) 'Phe water distribution on the downstream s� de of the RP
Valve must be indentified as reqiilred under the potabl.e
non-potable guidelines of ILHR 8'2 . 40 .
When correction is completed please notify my office Yor a rein—
spection .
