Dear Mr . Kraemer :
The city is now requiring Square D Company to monitor the
factory sewer for BOD , SS , phosphorus , Cd , Cr , Cu , pb , Ni ,
Zn , cyanide , oil and grease twice a year . This monitoring
was not included in your contract for 1987-90 .
You are directed to perform the above monitoring in January 1988 .
This monitoring shall also be performed in conjunction with the
June and October contract monitoring for the future of the contract
or until notified different .
Billing for this monitoring will be in addition to your contract .
