Before commencing construction , installation , erectina, alteration I
or remodeling of any heating, ventilatina or air conditionina
system, or a part of a system, a permit shall be secured from
the Heating Inspector by the owner or his aaer.t , and it shall
be unlawful to commence any such work unless such permit shall
have first been obtained, except as otherwise provided herein .
