An Occupancy Permit is hereby qranted for the furnace ro�m addition
to the buildinq located at 3300 Medalist Dr. , Oshkosh, Wisconsin which
is described in 6uilding Permit application number 25504.
This building is to be used only as a factory and 'as located in the M-
2 Industrial District.
NOTE:
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to occupancy,
should additional buildinq(s) be erected, or should any buildings
mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of land or buildings
shall not be changed until a Certificate of Occupancy is issued for
that occupancy.
