Heating and ventilating plans for the above project have been stamped, ��Conditionaily Approved—See Correspon-
dence'� and two or more copies of plans are being returned to you.
1. No exceptions.
2. Controls shall be provided so that no less than the minimum air supply and exhaust be maintained
during period of occupancy. See Ind 58.22(1).
3. Provide tempered outside air supply. $ee Ind 58.24(7), Ind 58.40, Ind 58.41.
4. Provide exhaust ventilation. See Ind 58.48, Ind 58.49, Ind 58.52.
5. The design and construction of airways. See Ind 58.69.
66. Kitchen range hoods and ducts connected to range hoods. See Ind 58.49.
7. Installation of unit heaters, suspended furnaces and duct heaters. See Ind 58.66.
8. Provide furnace room enclosure. See Ind 54.13, Ind 55.29, Ind 56.15, Ind 57.20, Ind 57.50.
9. Outside air intake. See Ind 58.60.
10. Determine wheTher or not the structural members carrying heating and/or ventilating equipment
are adequate.
11. Design of chimneys. See Ind 52.10 and Ind 58.67.
