Dear i�;r. Sitzber�er:
Section 11.03 (4) of the City of Oshkosh building
code requires that a set of plans oe on file in this
office for all buildings under construction. When
the building permit for a new restaurant at 1_O1_3
No_Tth__�1ain Street was issue3, you advised that the
� only plans you nad at that time were the plans
required to oe at the ,job site , out that you would
secure a set of plans for this office. It seews
that you haae had reasonable ti�re to ootain these
plans and see that we receive sane.
We note that the building percait card h::s not
oeen posted, as required, before combencing work.
Please see that tne building permit card has bean
posted and plans are in our office oefore April 4,
