This letter is acknowledging receipt of an
appeal form seeking a variance for the location of a
storage shed at 1013 N. Main Street.
On reniewing the plot plan submitted with
your request for a variance, I noted that I �.vas in
error when ad�iSing y�u that the buil3i�oneedoesen t
five foot side an3 rear yard. The C-3
require a five foot rear yard, bur 3oes require a
five foot si3e yard. Since the proposed location is
with a five foot side yard, no appeal is necessary.
I �+ant to apole�ize for the inconvenience I
have caused you and I am returning your appeal form
an3 check for �10.
